We are the Macomb County chapter of the League of Women Voters. The League of Women Voters is a grassroots and nonpartisan organization, founded 100 years ago, that works to encourage voting by protecting and expanding voting rights and by providing information to voters at the local, state, and national level. The League (LWV) operates in all 50 states and 700 communities and has over 500,000 members.

Our Macomb chapter works to provide Macomb County voters with information about Macomb County elections for County, City, Township, and Village offices using the Vote411 website and by hosting candidate forums.

Any citizen 18 years and older (male or female) can be a voting member of the League. Nonvoting (Associate) membership is available to noncitizens or persons younger than 18.
